So I

So I'm a Underweight Vegetarian Going Through Puberty :P





I eat my 3 healthy meals a day but just not very large ones. some days i may skip breakfast for sleep. i sleep from 8h - 10h. and often stay up late on weekedns (if that help)





any diet plans suggested.. anything I should eat?





(and when I say vegetarian I mean PROPER... not eating fish... its alive duh!)



If you are underweight, eat more! However, some people are just naturally skinny at your age and can't seem to gain weight. Still, add more healthy fats (oils, nuts, seeds) into your diet and eat more beans and legumes for protein. Make sure you are eating a variety of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains every day so you are getting plenty of calories and the vitamins and nutrients your body needs to grow. Eat lots of dark leafy greens for iron and take a multivitamin. Iron deficiencies can lead to anemia. Next time you go to your doctor, ask for a blood test to make sure you are not deficient of anything.




listen my friend is vegetarian but she has no problems.


You must eat a lot of different kinds of vegetables


Legumes are very important for proteins sometimes even better then meat(when a woman is pregnant they doctors often tell not to eat certain kinds of meat)


so eat them!


eggs are good for you and cheese too.(if you are not a vegan)


fruit is very important





but you probably should eat a bit more too... still I don't know you so these are just suggestions




why dont u eat large meals? maybe thats why your "underweight"?


i dunno what ur reason for being underweight is....maybe its a medical reason, but if your doin it to look good, then honestly, no joke, no boys like it, just a tip! haha





and the vegetarian thing....your gonna have to take supplement tablets or something that replaces the proteins and stuff you cant get from meat.

you need to find another way to get protein into your body. if you start eating like a protein bar or something of that nature, you might gain a little weight.




You are thirteen years old. Your parents and your doctor/nutritionist should have a say in any diet plans you want to go through.




im vegetarian too , i just eat dairy products veggie sausage , quorn products




Ok, well stop skipping meals. Eat some power bars and make sure you are getting enough iron.




See a doctor about that one
