Im going to train a calm mind suicune in D/P and I was wondering if going full HP EVs would be a good way to level it? Please help me, Im new to the whole Effort Values stuff...
full hp and full special attack EVs
Thats a good way to go, but you could also just focus on speed,
because to my knowing, suicunes tend to be just moderately fast,
and Pokemon is all about how fast your pokemon are (and then follows def&attk stuff)
so, Hp would be a fair choice, but i would go for speed.
