Very good team! I believe that you should consider teaching Salamence Dragon Dance as Dragon Dance increases a Attack and Speed 1 for every use. After two uses the stats will be doubled. Also teaching Forretress Explosion should be considered. If you chose to use Explosion to go out with a bang replace Earthquake since Rapid Spin is for removing entry hazards while Gyro Ball is a great move to use against fast pokemon and it gets STAB. Maybe you should consider replacing Aqua Ring on Milotic with Calm Mind to increase its power.

If you are going to use this team competitively then the held items need to be changed as you cannot have doubles of an item. You can consider Black glasses on Umbreon for an extra power boost to Payback. Salamence can replace Focus Sash with an item that increases the power of Dragon moves. Blissey should have the leftovers since Milotic is more sturdy.
