Is the first Mass Effect still glitchy or has it been patched?

I wanna buy it off games on demand on xbox but every review from when it came out says it rly glitchy and the tech is shitty but has it been fixed?
I believe it has been fixed, cause they released two patches since the original game release, 1.01 and 1.02. Not sure about xbox, but i had zero glitches bugs or anything with the 1.02 patch for pc. Trust me, buy mass effect. One of the best games ever made, in terms of storyline and gameplay definitely best!
